For this project I had the opportunity to walk around the Amsterdam markets with food critic Nana Asante from @connectingflavors to capture the beautiful people behind the market stalls and taste their products.

Amsterdam is known for its richness in various immigrant communities, who are often overlooked. By shining the light on them (quite in the literal sense, using flash photography), more people will hopefully realize what kind of amazing food and products from other cultures are out there, often close to their front door.
